How important is health?
Health is all about having a sound mind as well as a sound body, which is impossible without consuming a balanced diet and exercising regularly. What we eat plays an essential role in keeping our good health. No matter how old you are, whether you are a toddler, teenager, adult or an aged person, each one of us is dependent on food to achieve a good health and thereby lead a happy life.

- Drink plenty of water: A person should have a minimum of 2.5 liters of water daily. It ensures that the body does not get dehydrated, and also helps in flushing out the toxins from our body.
- Physical activities: Physical activities help in burning up the calories of the body. We must not be a couch potato as it hampers the physical as well as the mental health of the body.
- Take time to relax: Along with the physical activities, proper relaxation is also beneficial.
- Think positive: Having a positive attitude makes you live a stress-free and happy life.
- No smoking and tobacco intake: We all know that tobacco intake is injurious to our health and hence, must be avoided.
